AudioClip.UnloadAudioData() and AudioClip.LoadAudioData() state UnityWebRequest clips as loaded when the clips are not loaded

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project “IN-148847”
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Console

Actual result: Line 2: clip is reported as loaded but with 0 samples; line 3: loaded, but with 0 samples; line 4: not playing
Expected result: Line 2: not unloaded, with correct sample count; line 3: loaded, with correct sample count; line 4: playing

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.80f1, 6000.3.20f1, 6000.5.5f1, 6000.6.0b5, 6000.7.0a3

Reproducible on: macOS 26.5.2 (M4 Max), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
