Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-148622” project
2. Open the “ReportIssue” scene
3. In Hierarchy, select the “GameObject”
4. Observe the inspector
Actual result: IMGUI tints emoji with the style's text color, turning them black in the Light theme
Expected result: Color emoji keep their own colors, no matter what color the text style uses

Not Reproducible with: 6000.0.80f1, 6000.3.20f1, 6000.5.0a2
