2022 trees are not affected by wind in Unity 6

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a terrain with trees and a wind zone in Unity 2022
2.  Load the terrain in Unity 6
3.  Notice that the trees are not affected by the wind zone

Actual results: 

Trees are not affected by the wind zone. Grass is

Expected results: 

The trees are affected by wind zone

Reproducible with versions: Unity 6+

Not reproducible with versions: 2022
