Unrecognized option error is thrown when choosing the No option in Authentication package's Save changes or Confirm deletion pop up windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Install the Authentication package
3. Open Project Settings
4. Switch to the Authentication tab
5. Press the Add button to add a new Identity Provider
6. Make any changes so the Save button becomes active
7. Press the Save button
8. Click on the No option
9. Observe the Console window

Actual results: "[Authentication]: Unrecognized option" error is thrown

Expected results: No warnings or Errors are thrown when choosing the No option, or the No option should not be presented

Reproducible with versions: 3.7.1(6000.3.20f1), 3.7.3(6000.3.20f1, 6000.7.0a3)

Can’t test with versions: 3.6.1, 3.7.3 (6000.0.79f1) - On U6.0, the pop-up window is different and only has two options - save/cancel

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5.2

Notes:

• The issue can also be reproduced by deleting an existing Identity Provider - a smilar pop-up window appears that can be used to trigger an error message
