Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 2D Template
2. Open Tile Palette window
3. Open Tile Palette Brush Pick overlay window (‘)
4. Press on Save icon in Tile Palette Brush Pick overlay window multiple times (~8 times)
5. Observe the Tile Palette label toolbar
Actual results: Tile Palette label toolbar shrinks when saving brushes
Expected results: Tile Palette label toolbar doesn’t shrink when saving brushes
Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a2, 6000.7.0a3
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0b6, 6000.7.0a1
Tested on (OS): macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 (M1)
