Cursor begins to lag when dragging any asset during Domain Reload

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create a new C# script and, immediately upon creation, click-and-drag before the domain reload starts
3. Observe the cursor

Actual results: Cursor is lagging

Expected results: Cursor movement is smooth

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0b6, 6000.7.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.80f1, 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.6f1, 6000.7.0a2

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

• Only happens during Domain Reload. After it, the cursor doesn't lag anymore
