Hierarchy v2: Node name doesn't render instantly after expand animation starts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project with a deeply nested node
2. Click on foldout to expand node

Actual results: Node names fail to render instantly and animation appears to be lost

Expected results: Node names should display and animation should work as before

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7

Not reproducible with versions:

Tested on (OS): Mac

Notes:

• Root cause commit -4be6579
• Name rendering loss might not be easily observable depends on the machine and builds
• Animation still shows after increasing animation duration. Setup in code is impacted with root cause pr it seems.
