How to reproduce:
Free the job-ID array behind a dependency entry while the entry is still live, then deterministically reuse its memory twice with the same string allocation

Reproducible with: 6000.0.78f1

Reproduced on: Windows 11 (user reported)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: Not reproduced by CQA
