Addressables Report AssetBundles dropdown’s some area is not interactable and overlaps with the search bar when both side panels in the Addressables Report window are active/enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the Addressables package (com.unity.addressables)
3. Open the Addressables Report window (Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Addressables Report)
4. Open the Explore tab in the Addressables Report window
5. Click the right side of the AssetBundles dropdown
6. Observe the Addressables Report window

Actual results: The AssetBundles dropdown is overlapping with the search bar and is not clickable on most of the area on the right side

Expected results: No UI elements are overlapping and every UI element is interactable

Reproducible with versions: 2.0.8 (6000.0.0f1), 2.9.1 (6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.22f1), 4.0.0 (6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.22f1, 6000.5.8f1, 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a4)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.5.1, Windows 11
