Steps to reproduce:

6.4 has context menu for missing script

6.7 doesn't have context menu for missing script

Actual results: There's no way to Remove Component for missing scripts

Expected results: There should be a possible to remove component for missing script

Reproducible with versions: 6.7/6.6

Not reproducible with versions: 6.4
