On the package version of the Project Auditor, when running an audit (including the 'Analyze Package Contents for Issues') the total number of Code issues looks to differ in a few places:

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a Project such as the High Definition 3D Sample
- In the Preferences enable 'Analyze Package Contents for Issues'
- Run the Profile Analyzer
- Look at the Total Code issues
- Notice it seems to fluctuate between screens

Expected results: The total is the same on all screens
