Install Learning Templates button has a warning icon in template window

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new project, or open an existing one with VFX Graph installed
Make sure that Learning templates are not installed
Open the VFX template window (in the Project browser, right-click > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph)

Actual results: "Install learning templates" has a warning icon next to it

Expected results: "Install learning templates" has a "download" icon next to it

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0.a5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.17f1
