"Smart Strings" page title in Project Settings uses regular font weight instead of bold, inconsistent with other page titles

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Project Settings
2. Navigate to "Smart Strings" (under the AI/Localization section list)
3. 3. Compare the page title "Smart Strings" against other Project Settings page titles, e.g., "Sprite Editor"

Actual results: The "Smart Strings" page title renders in a regular (non-bold) font weight. Every other Project Settings page title checked (Sprite Editor, Grid Brush, Physics, Project Auditor, Quality) renders in bold

Expected results: "Smart Strings" should render in bold, consistent with every other Project Settings page title

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a4

Not reproducible with versions: With all other streams, as "Smart Strings" is available only in U6.7
