More UI Toolkit elements get selected than there initially were while holding CTRL+D to duplicate in Hierarchy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create and instantiate a new UXML file in the Hierarchy
3. Open the UXML file in UI Viewport
4. Create a VisualElement in the Hierarchy
5. Select it
6. Hold CTRL+D for a few seconds and observe

Actual results: Multiple duplicated elements are selected

Expected results: Only the latest duplicated element is selected

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0b1, 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a1, 6000.7.0a4

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.22f1, 6000.5.8f1, 6000.6.0a7 (Unable to duplicate UI elements in editor Hierarchy)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
