Context menu item displays "View && Annotate" (double ampersand) instead of "View & Annotate"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open AI Assistant (AI button dropdown > Open Assistant)
2. In the "Build with Unity" input area, attach an error and an image (or any two attachments)
3. Right-click one of the attachment thumbnails
4. Observe the context menu item above "Remove"

Actual results: The context menu item displays "View && Annotate" - a literal double ampersand

Expected results: The label should display as "View & Annotate" - a single ampersand

Reproducible with versions: 2.17.0-pre.1 (6000.0.80f1, 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a4)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6
