"Open Reference for Input Action Importer" help button leads to broken documentation page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new 3D URP project
2. In the Project window, select "InputSystem_Actions.inputactions" asset
3. In the Inspector, click on the help icon (Open Reference for Input Action Importer)
4. Observe the opened web page

Actual results: Link leads to broken "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!" page

Expected results: Link leads to a valid web page

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a4 (1.20.0)
