"Select Menu Items..." dialog (Add Menu Item Shortcut) tree items only expand when clicking the arrow, not the label text

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Editor Toolbar overflow menu (⋮ icon, top-right of the main toolbar)
2. Click "Add Menu Item Shortcut" - opens the "Select Menu Items..." dialog
3. Click directly on a folder label text (e.g. "Assets," "Create," "2D") - not the arrow
4. Compare against clicking the arrow next to the same label

Actual results: Clicking the arrow expands/collapses the tree node correctly. Clicking the label text does nothing at all

Expected results: Clicking the label text should expand/collapse the tree node, same as clicking the arrow - consistent with the pattern used in the Hierarchy and Project windows.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a4

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.21f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b8, as the mentioned menu item does not exist on these streams

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6
