Unity Version Control: "Create a new repository" dialog title uses incorrect capitalisation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Install the Unity Version Control package
3. Open the Unity Version Control window
4. Click "Create Workspace"
5. Click "New" next to the "..." (or the equivalent action to create a new repository)
6. Observe the title "Create a new repository"

Actual results: Dialog title is "Create a new repository" (sentence case - "new" and "repository" are not capitalised)

Expected results: Dialog title should be "Create a New Repository" (title case, consistent with Unity UI conventions)

Reproducible with versions: 2.12.4 (6000.0.80f1, 6000.3.22f1), 2.13.5 (6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b8), 2.13.6 ( 6000.7.0a5)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6
