How to reproduce:
1. Open the HDRP sample project
2. Go to Project Settings -> Quality -> HDRP -> Dynamic Resolution
3. Observe the "Advanced Upscalers by Priority" List
Expected results: The list is either empty or has "STP"
Actual results: DLSS is in the list even though it is not supported on macOS, removing it from the list doesn't allow to add it again
Reproducible with: 6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b7, 6000.7.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
