How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and install the Addressables package
2. Open Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Addressables Report
3. Resize the window to a short/narrow vertical height
4. Click the Info button in the window's top-right corner
Expected results: The Info button is clickable regardless of window height
Actual results: The Info button is inactive/unresponsive when the window is vertically narrow
