Emscripten compiler errors are thrown when building WebGL project

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)

Expected result: The project builds and runs
Actual result: Build process fails with “Building Library\Bee\artifacts\WebGL\build\debug_WebGL_wasm\build.js failed with output“ error is thrown in the Console window

Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b4
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a18

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
