How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Navigate to Project Settings, Player tab (Edit > Project Settings > Player)
3. In the Android tab, under Resolution and Presentation, disable “Status Bars” and “Navigation Bars”
4. Set System Bars Behavior to “Show Transient Bars By Swipe”
5. Build and Run the project for Android
6. When the application starts, swipe to bring out the Navigation or Status bars
7. Wait for ~5 seconds
8. Observe the device
Actual result: The system bars remain visible, without transparency and do not hide automatically
Expected result: The system bars hide automatically, are also transparent while shown
Reproducible on: 6000.5.0a4, 6000.5.9f1, 6000.6.0b9, 6000.7.0a5
Not reproducible on: 6000.0.82f1, 6000.3.22f1, 6000.5.0a3
