Undo Redo functionality is missing for the Rendering Debugger window

Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached project
In the Rendering Debugger window, change any setting
Try performing an Undo action (Either via shortcut or through the top-menu Edit - > Undo)

Actual results: Undo / Redo functionality for the Rendering Debugger window is no longer available

Expected results: Undo / Redo is functioning for Rendering Debugger settings

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.9f1, 6000.6.0b9, 6000.7.0a5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.82f1, 6000.3.22f1, 6000.5.0a6

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5.2, Ubuntu 24
