Rendering Debugger window's sections flicker and cannot be expanded or collapsed when using keyboard navigation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. In the Rendering Debugger window, click on one of the sections to select and collapse it
3. Press the Right-arrow key to expand the section using the keyboard

Actual results: Section flickers. It is expanded for a split frame and then collapses by itself

Expected results: Rendering Debugger window's sections do not flicker when using keyboard navigation to traverse the settings

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.9f1, 6000.6.0b9, 6000.7.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.82f1, 6000.3.22f1, 6000.5.0a6 (Sections could not be selected, either by clicking or using the Tab key to traverse the settings. Only individual settings could be selected using keyboard navigation)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5.2, Ubuntu 24
