"Collapse Node" arrow is disabled when node can still be collapsed via Toggle Collapse or Shift+Ctrl+O

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached “IN-150819” project
2. Create a new Graph (Create → Graph Toolkit Test → Simple Graph)
3. Double-click the created Graph
4. In the Graph canvas right-click, press “Add Node” and add “BugReproNode” node
5. Connect Output_Default to any variable
6. Note that the “Collapse Node” arrow is greyed out
7. Right-click the “BugReproNode” node and choose “Toggle Collapse” (or use Shift+Ctrl+O)
8. Observe the “BugReproNode” node

Actual result: Even though the “Collapse Node” arrow is greyed out, the “BugReproNode” node gets collapsed
Expected result: You can collapse “BugReproNode” node with the “Collapse Node” arrow, just like you can when choosing “Toggle Collapse” or using Shift+Ctrl+O

Not reproducible with: 6000.0.82f1 (Graph Toolkit package not available)
