Project name popover jumps to the top-left corner of the Hub when a downloadable template is selected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on '+ New project'
3. Open the popover under 'Project name'
4. Select any downloadable template
5. Observe the Hub

Actual results: The popover moves to the top-left corner of the Hub

Expected results: The popover closes

Reproducible with versions: 3.21.0

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
