"...Behaviour (Game Object '<null>') is missing!" warning is thrown when entering Play Mode on a MR template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on '+ New project'
3. Select and download the 'Mixed Reality (MR)' template
4. Create the project
5. In the Editor, enter Play Mode
6. Observe the Console

Actual results: "The referenced script on this Behaviour (Game Object '<null>') is missing!" warning is thrown

Expected results: No warning is thrown

Reproducible with versions: 3.0.0 (6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.10f1, 6000.6.0b10, 6000.7.0a5)

Not reproducible with versions: 2.2.3 (6000.0.82f1)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
