"Cloud project" selection dropdown in Services General Settings doesn't truncate long project names, overflowing past its own boundary

Steps to reproduce:

1. In https://cloud.unity.com/, create an org and a project with longer titles
2. Open Project Settings > Services > General Settings
3. Set "Organization" to an org with a long name
4. Click the "Cloud project" dropdown
5. Observe the list of project names in the dropdown, particularly ones with long titles

Actual results: Long project names in the dropdown list are not truncated with an ellipsis - the text runs straight to (and past) the dropdown's own right edge, uncontained. This happens both for single-line long names (e.g. repeated "LoremIpsum...") and for names that wrap across multiple lines, each line individually overflowing the same way.

Expected results: Long project names in the "Cloud project" dropdown should be truncated with an ellipsis (or otherwise contained), consistent with how "Organization" (the field directly above it) handles long names.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a5
