"Supported Devices" section in Input System Package Settings has no left margin - header and list item text sit flush against the container edge

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open a project
2. Open Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings > Input System Package > Settings)
3. Scroll down to the "Supported Devices" section
4. Observe the "Supported Devices" section

Actual results: The "Supported Devices" section has no visible left and right padding/margin.

Expected results: The "Supported Devices" section should be displayed with left and right padding/margin.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.80f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a5 (1.20.0)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.1
