1. Open the attached “IN-149376” project
2. Open the “CrashScene“
3. Open Window > Analysis > Frame Debugger and enable it
4. Click on the “Global CBuffer Repro (Atmospheric)“ event
5. Observe the crash

Could not test with: 6000.0.81f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.10f1, 6000.6.0b10, 6000.7.0a1 (no “Global CBuffer Repro (Atmospheric)“ event in the Frame Debugger)
