How to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Make sure the Hub language is set to English (Preferences > Appearance > Language)
- Click the Learn button in the top right corner
- Click on the Recommended tab
- Observe the recommended content
Actual result: Most of the recommended items are displayed in Japanese
Expected result: Recommended items are displayed in English, matching the Hub language setting
