How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "DictTest" project of the bug [Internal link]
2. Go to Window -> IMGUI Dict Window Test
3. Populate it with some number of entries
4. Make sure it is in One Column With Foldouts (header context menu)
6. Observe the results

Expected results: The foldout arrow is in the gutter before the Value label
Actual results: The foldout arrow is overlapping the Value label

Reproducible with versions:
6.6 & 6.7
