VFX Graph window fails to maximize when pressing Shift+Space

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached "IN-151329_VFXTest.zip" project
2. Open the "New VFX" located in the “Testing” folder
3. Press Shift+Space
4. Observe the VFX Graph Window

Actual result: Nothing happens to the window layout
Expected result: The VFX Graph window enters full-screen (maximized) mode

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.82f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.10f1, 6000.6.0b10, 6000.7.0a5

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Workarounds:

• Click the three vertical dots (⋮) on the VFX Graph window tab and select Maximize
• Go to Edit -> Shortcuts (Windows) / Unity -> Shortcuts (macOS), search for "Restart VFX", and manually remap it to a different key combination (such as Ctrl+Space or Cmd+Space). This will free up Shift+Space so it can maximize the window via keyboard again

Note: The VFX Graph's "Restart VFX" action is mapped to Shift+Space, which intercepts with standard Maximize View shortcut
