All three package links - "Documentation", "Changelog" and "Licenses" - open a missing page for Shader Graph 17.7.0 in Package Manager, and the same applies to every package on the 17.7 line

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project with 6000.7.0a5
2. Open Window > Package Manager
3. Select Unity Registry and search for visual
4. Select Shader Graph (17.7.0) in the results list
5. Click the Documentation link below the package name
6. Return to Package Manager and click Changelog, then Licenses

Actual results: 

All three links open the Unity Documentation "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!" page. The related-pages and search-results blocks on that page are empty, so no alternative is offered:

• Changelog → docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.shadergraph@17.7/changelog/CHANGELOG.html

Expected results: Each link opens the corresponding page of the Shader Graph 17.7 package documentation
