An undefined error is displayed in terminal when trying to 'run' an already running project in Unity CLI

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any project
2. Open Terminal
3. Run 'unity run <path to the open project>'
4. Observe the Terminal and the logs

Actual results: No cause is shown in the terminal, nor the logs

Expected results: A cause is displayed in the terminal or the logs

Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-beta.6

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
