Unable to create custom templates via Unity CLI on 6000.6 and 6000.7

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Terminal
2. Run command 'unity templates create <project path> --name <any name> --display-name <any name>'
3. Observe the Terminal

Actual results: Red "Error: Template creation failed: UNABLE_CREATE_TPL" is output

Expected results: Green "Template created: <path>" is output

Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-beta.6 (6000.6.0a4, 6000.6.0b10, 6000.7.0a5)

Not reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-beta.6 (6000.0.82f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.10f1, 6000.6.0a3)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

• Template cannot be created with CLI only starting from 6000.6.0a4
  • The regression is among the Editor versions
