UNABLE_CREATE_TPL is not logged when Template creation through Unity CLI fails

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reproduce ([Internal link])
   1. Open Terminal
   2. Run command 'unity templates create <project path> --name <any name> --display-name <any name>' (use a project of version >6000.6.0a3
2. Open the logs at "...\appdata\Roaming\UnityHub\logs\cli-log.json"
3. Observe the logs

Actual results: No line mentioning "UNABLE_CREATE_TPL" or if anything failed

Expected results: There's an error log with "UNABLE_CREATE_TPL" mentioned

Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-beta.6

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
