How to reproduce:
1. With the Hub opened, initiate any module download for the existing version with Unity CLI
2. Go to the Installs tab
3. Observe the modules near the selected Unity version

Expected results: The module downloaded by CLI is shown
Actual results: The module downloaded by CLI is not shown unless Hub is restarted

Reproducible with: 3.21.0

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
