Hub’s Cloud project link is not updated and leads to “Page not found” when the project was deleted from the cloud

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Hub
2. Create any project with Version Control and Cloud enabled
3. Expand the project information in the Hub by clicking the arrow on the left of the project's name
4. Click the cloud project link to open the dashboard
5. Archive and delete the project in the cloud
6. Observe the Hub
7. Repeat step 4
8. Observe the opened page

Actual results: The Hub does not update and still shows the link to the deleted cloud project which leads to a "Page not found" page

Expected results: The Hub updates and does not show the cloud link anymore

Reproducible with versions: 3.21.0

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.5.1
