Module repair process is not shown in the "Downloads and activity" when another operation was already performed on the same module in the same Hub session

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub and go to Installs tab
2. On any installed Editor version, open Manage > Manage modules
3. Select and install any module (for example "Web Build Support")
4. Wait for the installation to finish
5. Open the same "Manage modules" menu and click  three dots > "Repair" on the installed module
6. Observe the "Downloads and activity" and taskbar icon

Actual results: The Repair activity is not shown in the "Downloads and activity" activity drawer. Progress is shown only on the OS taskbar/Dock

Expected results: The Repair activity is shown in the "Downloads and activity", like the installation of the Module

 

Reproducible with versions: 3.21.0

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS 26.5

Notes:

• Also reproduces with two repairs. Repairing the same module twice in a row shows the first repair in the drawer but not the second. The pattern is that the first operation on a given module in a Hub session is shown and any subsequent one is not
• Does not reproduce across different modules. Repairing module A and then module B shows both in the drawer, so the behaviour is per-module rather than per-session
• Restarting the Hub resets it. The first operation on that module after a restart is shown again
