Editor install is listed at the bottom of the "Downloads and activity" drawer when the installation completes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub and go to Installs
2. Install an Editor version and wait for it to complete
3. Install a second, different Editor version
4. While the second install is in progress, open the "Downloads and activity" drawer in the top bar
5. Note the position of the in-progress entry
6. Wait for the installation to complete
7. Observe the "Downloads and activity" drawer

Actual results: While downloading, the Editor entry is listed first. Once the install completes, it moves to the bottom of the list, below the Editor that completed earlier

Expected results: The most recently completed operation is listed first after any active operations

Reproducible with versions: 3.21.0

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• "Template created" entries are listed newest first and are all placed above every Editor entry, so the two entry types are ordered in opposite directions. Therefore it is also inconsistent with different activities
