LOD groups flicker in Scene View when 'Always Refresh' is on.

Repro steps:

1. Import the attached package in a VFX-enabled project
2. Open the Scene View, navigate around and observe the flicker
3. Turn off Always Refresh
4. Observe the flickering is gone

Expected outcome:

• No flickering between the various LODs when Always Refresh is on.
