VR Template Tutorials window has broken link to Discussions forum

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Unity 6.3 to create a new project using VR Template 10.0.0.
2. Dismiss the welcome dialog. 
3. Tutorials > Online Documentation > Open.

Actual results: 

The web browser says "Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private."  Here is the URL: 

https://discussions.unity.com/tags/c/unity-engine/52/xr-interaction-toolkit

Expected results: 

The web browser should open the active user forum page. 

Reproducible with versions: 

Unity 6000.3.20f1 + VR Template 10.0.0. 

 

Not reproducible with versions:

Tested on (OS): 

MacOS 26.6.1.

Notes:

• Flagging as a regression; pretty sure this worked in some previous version of VR Template. 
• Setting Affects Version to 9.2.4 because 10.0.0 is not available in the menu.
