How to reproduce:
1. Open a Unity project and open the Assistant window
2. Observe the "New in 2.18.0-pre.2: Figma-to-UI agent tools for li..." banner at the top of the chat panel
3. Click the banner/chevron
4. Observe the results
Expected results: The banner expands to show the full release notes text
Actual results: The banner does not expand; the text remains truncated regardless of how many times it's clicked

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
