Localization: Locale rows in the "Add locales" popup only expand when the arrow is clicked, not the label text

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project with 6000.7.0a6
2. Open Edit > Project Settings > Localization
3. Click "Create localization settings" in step 1
4. Click "Add locale" in step 2
5. In the "Add locales" popup, click the foldout arrow next to a locale that has regional variants, for example "Albanian" - the row expands and shows "Albanian (Albania)"
6. Collapse the row again, then click the locale name text instead of the arrow

 

Actual results: Only the arrow toggles the row. Clicking the locale name does not expand it

Expected results: Clicking the locale name expands and collapses the row, the same as clicking the arrow

Reproducible with versions: 1.5.12 (6000.7.0a6)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
