Build Analysis: Build step rows in the Build Analysis window only expand when the arrow is clicked, while the section foldouts above them respond to both the arrow and the label

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a project on 6000.7.0a5 that has at least one completed build report
2. Open Window > Analysis > Build Analysis
3. Select a build in the list and stay on the Overview tab
4. Click the Build Steps label text - the section collapses and expands
5. Inside Build Steps, click the label text of a step that has children, for example ProducePlayerScriptAssemblies, Verify Build setup, Build scripts DLLs, Building scenes, or Writing asset files
6. Click the arrow on the same row

Actual results: The section foldouts - Build Details, Build Steps, Build Logs - respond to both the arrow and the label. The build step rows nested inside Build Steps respond only to the arrow; clicking the label text does nothing

Expected results: Build step rows expand and collapse from the label as well as the arrow, matching the section foldouts in the same view

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0b8, 6000.7.0a6

Can’t test with versions: All other streams as they do not have implemented functionality
