Property connected to another node can still be expanded/collapsed when the arrow is disabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Install the Visual Effects Graph in Package Manager
3. Create an Empty VFX asset and open it
4. Create an in-line float attribute
5. Convert it to Property (observe the expand/collapse arrow being disabled)
6. Connect the output of the property to any other node
7. Double-click on the float property
8. Observe the Visual Effects Graph window

Actual results: The node is expanded/collapsed

Expected results: The node doesn't expand/collapse

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.82f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.11f1, 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

• If the property is connected to another node, it will get dirty upon expanding/collapsing, which is not the case if it's not connected to anything
