Thank you for reporting a bug to Unity. We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available. Today we will be closing this case. Thank you again for taking the time to report this issue, and please let us know if there is anything else that changes the impact or severity of this issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Actual results: Nothing happens, and nothing is reported. The list refreshes unchanged and still reads "List is Empty". No dialog appears, no Console message is logged, and nothing explains that the button registers Locale assets already present in the project rather than adding cultures. Sitting between "Add Locale" and "Add Custom Locale", which both open a window, the dead click reads as a broken button
Expected results: The button is disabled while no unregistered Locale assets exist, or it reports the outcome - for example, "0 Locale assets found in the project"
Reproducible with versions: 1.5.12 (6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6)
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
Notes: The button's tooltip does read "Add all Locale assets in the project", but a tooltip does not explain a click that appears to do nothing - the user has to hover deliberately to find it, after the click has already failed.
