Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Install the Localization package (com.unity.localization)
- Open Edit > Preferences > General and set ** Editor Theme to Light
- Open Edit > Project Settings > Localization and click "Create" to make the settings asset
- Add the English locale via "Add Locale"
- Click "Add Custom Locale" and type en in the Locale Identifier field to trigger the warning box
- Compare the warning icon with a standard Light-theme HelpBox warning icon elsewhere in the Editor - for example the Localization page's own "You have no active Localization Settings" box
Actual results: The warning box shows the dark-theme warning icon. It is noticeably paler than the Light-theme warning icon used in other HelpBoxes, and sits against a light background
Expected results: The warning icon follows the active Editor theme and matches other HelpBoxes
Reproducible with versions: 1.5.12 (6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6)
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
