Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Create a UI Toolkit element in the Hierarchy (GameObject > UI Toolkit > Standard Elements > Visual Element)
- Save the new UXML document in the Save dialog
- Press the ">" button on the created "New UXML" GameObject row in the Hierarchy to enter stage mode
- Hold Ctrl and press and hold the Left Mouse Button over the UI Viewport
- While holding both, drag the mouse vertically until the zoom level in the viewport toolbar changes
- Release the Left Mouse Button
- Observe the UI Viewport
Actual results: The canvas is zoomed and the context menu (Cut/Copy/Paste/Duplicate/Delete) opens where the mouse was released, also the Left Click selection is now stuck selecting objects by just moving the mouse not holding the Left Click
Expected results: The canvas is zoomed and no context menu opens
Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.83f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.11f1 (due to no editing stage feature)
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.6.2
